Privacy Policy

• Students must maintain discipline and appropriate behavior within the institute premises at all times. Respectful demeanor and verbiage needed.
• Regular attendance in classes and academic sessions is mandatory for all enrolled students. Classes would be distributed among four batches.
• Students are expected to be punctual and arrive on time for all classes, examinations, and institute activities. Class Duration would start post the time mentioned by the instructor ranging on an average 1 hours and 30 mins.
• Respectful conduct must be maintained. Any discrepancies will lead to immediate action which might lead to termination respectively.
• Students must remain attentive and maintain silence during lectures or instructional sessions. Assignments need to be submitted on time.
• Any nuisance, misconduct, or disorderly behavior that disrupts the academic environment may lead to immediate termination from the institute.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices must remain on silent mode during class hours unless permitted for academic purposes.
• Students must take proper care of institute property including classrooms, furniture, equipment, and learning resources.
• The remuneration would be in advance mode and to be cleared by 5th of every month. The fee range would depend on the grade and would be discussed before joining. Standard fee is Rs 600/- for four weekly classes per month till Grade 10. For class 10 and above, the fee is subject to discussions.
• Tuition fees is a monthly recurring activity in advance mode. It can be paused only in case of discontinuation. And once discontinued/paused, if the student/guardian decides to enroll again in the institute, there will be an additional rejoining fee of Rs 500/- including separate remunerations.
• Quarterly Student Performance Feedback would take place with the guardian(s) respectively. Any doubts/concerns would be addressed asap.
• Absence from any class from the student’s end will not be adjusted in any forms. They can refer to the materials in the LMS. Any absence from the instructor’s point of view will be adjusted with an extra class sooner or later.
• Holiday’s/Class cancellations/Reschedule/Announcements would be notified in the application respectively. Students need to check for updates.
